How long does a carpet need to dry?+
Drying time depends on the flooring, cleaning method, ventilation and humidity. We assess the conditions in advance and plan the work to minimise disruption.
Can the service be carried out at the weekend?+
Yes, subject to availability. We can arrange non-working hours or days after confirming access and the required drying time.
Can every stain be removed?+
Not every stain can be removed without risking the fibres or colour. A preliminary assessment and test allow us to set a realistic expectation.
